I like this credit union a lot they have good customer service I have been with this credit union for over 20 years they gave me an account when most banking institutions would not
Called to make a payment and the representative was very rude. I don’t remember her name, but because she needed to change my address apparently that upset her and she then decided at the end of the call to hang up on me while I was talking.
One of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with. If I could give them zero I would. I transferred money from y external account to a summit credit card got the email of it being approved. And it has been over a week and nothings happen. When I called once they told I needed to set up a checking account to make payments. Worst service ever going through my account set up.
