Called to make a payment and the representative was very rude. I don’t remember her name, but because she needed to change my address apparently that upset her and she then decided at the end of the call to hang up on me while I was talking.
One of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with. If I could give them zero I would. I transferred money from y external account to a summit credit card got the email of it being approved. This Credit Union at the Ed drive Raleigh NC location have a Black woman as a manager. I went to open an account and I was denied because I didn’t have a North Carolina identification. So I asked my sister to open and the Black woman manager denied her as well because of me. This rhetorical question is a no sequel. How can you type with I would say three inch nails.
