Great Staff!!
The team at the Raleigh branch has REALLY been great. I've recently faced some complex issues, and Mike and the team have helped me navigate through it! It's not the MOST convenient hours and location, but it's worth it for the top notch customer service!!

I am a longtime customer of Summit credit union and every experience that I have had has been good …. but the experience financing my lease-end vehicle was amazing! Theresa Bennett handled the whole thing and she definitely went above and beyond. It was so well prepared, that when I did have to go to the Summitt branch to sign some documents in person, it took less than five minutes? I will only ever back with Summit CU!
