“Ohhh boy they are very racist “ I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Summit Credit Union that left me questioning their commitment to treating all members fairly. When I tried to cash a check a routine banking task I was told I needed to open a specific account before they’d process it. After visiting another branch, I received the same response from the teller.
