They really need to change how they are handling banking at Summit. The lines at the drive thru are a ridiculous wait because they are handling complicated transactions and questions about escrow etc that used to be handled inside only. Their app won't let me do mobile check deposits into a custodial account so I have to drive twenty miles and then wait 20 minutes for service sometimes. A lot of red flags when setting up accounts compared to other banks. First of all when we came in to set up a checking/savings account the first banker that was helping us, named Mauricio was probably still in training as he had to constantly run out to ask questions to provide us with information. In the end he didn’t even enter my employment information correctly or give the fee breakdown correctly. I usually love this location, and sweet Shawn has taken great care of me in the past. Today, a man named Haden took care of me, and it was a very different experience. He seemed very polite at first, but when I said I hadn't used the ATMs inside before he took that to mean I had never used an ATM *ever*, and proceeded to mansplain the entire ATM process to me.
