I went to summit credit union to see Marisol to get a car financed, I didn’t have everything I needed but it was ok! She was very helpful, kind and professional and we built a plan to achieve our goal! I highly recommend everyone to see her!
Every time I come into this location which is rarely, I am treated kindly except today. I had an appointment with Marisol to open a business account and immediately I was treated like an inconvenience. I was missing 1 document and instead of helping us professionally, she responded by asking, ‘Who told you that?’ in a very condescending manner when I said I didn’t know I had to have it printed.
