On 9/2/25 I went to the Portage branch of my Summit Credit union and was assisted by Chelsea. She was very polite and helpful. Because the inside of the branch was not busy, I asked her about how to set up for online banking. She was so helpful and kind . She helped me with setting up my accounts online and helped me with my username and password as I told her that I was in the beginning stages of early dementia. Short handed for tellers at the Waunakee Branch. However, one of the two tellers there was extremely helpful.
