I didn't have an appointment, as I didn't know how may day was going to go. I walked up to the counter to a smiling face, asking for a personal banker as I needed help setting up CDs. I had tried at home, but couldn't get it completed. The lady with the friendly face, Chelsea, let me know she could help me right there. She brought out a laptop, and walked me through, without rushing me. Another example of friendly, knowledgable service at Summit Credit Union.

On 9/2/25 I went to the Portage branch of my Summit Credit union and was assisted by Chelsea. She was very polite and helpful. Because the inside of the branch was not busy, I asked her about how to set up for online banking. She was so helpful and kind . She helped me with setting up my accounts online and helped me with my username and password as I told her that I was in the beginning stages of early dementia.
