I was with lorillard credit union then triad partners they merged with summit credit union Oct 1,2018 . I will be closing my accounts this week. very disappointed . I am self employed and sometimes checks are not written exactly right. so they would reject them and my account went negative because my insurance went thru on a different day . so my account is now blocked and I can't even access it to see what went thru and what didn't. every month it's something different that I learn and didn't know about because of the merge... read more
I was with Triad Federal Credit Union (formerly Lorillard federal). The transition has been very disappointing . I am not at all pleased with Summit
Stop denying me access to my account for days at a time (for too many log in attempts). I do not have time to call you during YOUR working hours because I too am working am not able to make calls during work hours. I feel like I need to start taking out money every pay check to have a stash of cash because Summit may decide my account is at risk and deny me access to my account. I justed wanted to say "Thank you" from a longtime, loyal customer. Today I tried to get money from my account for gas, before driving home in the snow. I had left my wallet at home and was depending on your great customer service to receive this money, but was told no dice, because it was 12:03 and you had closed at 12:00 for the snow. Thank you.
This bank is a joke for real but that's fine I'll do business elsewhere piedmont advantage here I come so long summit
DO NOT open an account at this bank. I have been banking with them for almost 11 years and have a damn near perfect credit score, and have a major credit card with most every banking institution in NC and Summit CU DENIED me for a bank product with them with a paltry 2500 credit line, what a JOKE.. much like this bank. I'll be getting my money out of this bank and moving to another financial institution. Do yourself favor and steer clear!!
Batting zero with attempts to open a new account. Two visits and both times there's no representative available to assist. Today, there was another customer on-site also complaining of multiple visits without being able to speak with someone directly who could help. Basic teller transactions are handled well, but I have been disappointed and frustrated with customer service for loan and new account services.
I Love Summit Credit Union!! They are Absolutely the Best, they really Care and Appreciate their customers!!! Big thanks for All they do for me and my Family!
