This property management company does not keep its guests safe. If you are a single woman or have children then I would not book through Summit Cove. I booked a lodge from 2/18-2/23/26. I was in room 8317 on the 3rd floor. I was almost assaulted in Buffalo Lodge around 8pm on 2/22/26. There was a man in the lobby who didn’t have a key or a room and tried to corner me. Very nice place, clean, close to hot tub and elevator. Well stocked kitchen with a washer dryer. Comfortable beds with a vnice bathroom in master bedroom. Couple remotes the batteries were dead and a light bulb was out in bedroom. The hide a bed couch wasn't comfortable to sit on while watching TV. Otherwise a great stay and a very nice room

We booked our stay with SummitCove for a unit in Black Bear Lodge right in the heart of River Run Village. While the location was perfect and the unit nice and tidy, we encountered several issues that were incredibly frustrating and some that could have been avoided. First, we had a two night stay to ski. Love our stay here. Having multiple humidifiers in each room was super helpful. (Suggest providing a recycling bin in each apartment to encourage recycling. Keystone is striving to zero waste and we want to support that effort.)
