So this is NOT a critique of any standard person who works for Summit Cove. This is for the management. The best summation I can present is, offer less charge more. So prior to 2020, they had towels, service was prompt, you knew where you stood. Then COVID, undeniably, changed the game. I took care of towels. I covered and I uncovered the pool (despite the warnings, because it took them 2-3 hours back then.) But post covid has been a management nightmare. They suck. Unit was generally well equipped. Eating utensils were minimal. 9 or 10 knives, 4 dinner forks, 5 or 6 salad forks, 5 or 6 teaspoons, 2 or 3 soup spoons, minimal serving utensils. With 4 or 5 people, you had to wash knives and forks between meals. Real nuisance. No pantry. Had to store food all over unit. Local bus service parked just outside unit. Constant engine noise and smell. Lack of gas grill on porch a real bummer. Grill near pool didn’t work initially. Made cooking out a real negative. Beds, bathrooms and furnishings... read more

We spent a month in the condo and it was great. Comfy beds, living room furniture, updated bathrooms, and kitchen. We loved that it was close to the elevators. Highly recommend.

I REALLY liked the phone support we received when choosing units for our family reunion. Kerry and CHerry always answered the calls and were super helpful. Our unit, timbers was clean and well appointed. My only complaint was the map as I found it impossible to figure out where different units were. We were a group of 65.
