BEDBUG WARNING: Do NOT book with Summit County Mountain Retreats. We have a reservation in a week and they have a bedbug infestation in the Dakota Lodge and will not let us out of our agreement. There is not a chance that I want to risk bringing home bedbugs and they have said that I will be stuck with 100% of the costs if I choose to cancel. Horrible customer service when the reason for cancellation is not my problem.
I have rented twice with this company. My first was for a visit in September of 2020. Both were units in Buffalo Lodge. In September we rented a 3br, 3bth with a large deck overlooking River Run. The condo was clean and spacious and I thought it was a great price. Two hot tubs on site as well as a gas grill and you could also use the neighboring hot tub.
