Just wanted to give my updated review on how terrible the management is with this company, a business catering towards mental health but treating the employees like robots ……. Unethical management, borderline harassment and staff complaints swept under the rug….. do not trust this place with your vulnerability or crisis 🫶🏽
When your 18 yr old child and long time patient is in crisis, they won't return a phone call (or 10) because "HIPPA, we cant even confirm or deny they are a patient... here's an email for the suicide hotline" but go 3 days late on a bill and they call you constantly. I honestly never hated any business as strongly as I hate this place. And rest assured it is a Business.
They were all so kind and informative.
I chose this location at random back in Aug ‘23 because I had been dealing with what felt like “higher-than-normal” levels of anxiety for a couple of years.
