Worse experience ever. Below some of the reasons: • The house ended up costing 70 thousand dollars more than the initial agreed amount. • The yard is a mess and I get continuous floods. The Landscaping companies that came to check it, 5 of them, explained that it was obvious Summit Contracting did not know anything about grading yards and what needs to be done.
