We were very happy with Summit Constructions work roofing our rental house. They worked with the insurance company directly. When the claim needed to be adjusted, they took the lead and guaranteed costs and outcomes. After the roofing was completed, they kept in contact and made certain we were satisfied with the details, including the quality of work on a skylight they replaced. i can't think of anything to complain about, which is not a normal state of being for me.
