Love Summit Computers, they moved to 1005 Main Street in Cambridge City. They did a great job fixing my laptop for a very reasonable price. I'm very impressed with this shop! This is the 2nd PC i've had serviced there and i'll be going back.
I called on behalf of my client who needed assistance with his restaurant's relay system. They were fast and efficient and the customer service was spot on. Highly recommend Summit services.
Called multiple times over a 3 week period for a computer repair estimate no one would ever return my call
The charges for technical service are exorbitant. You get charged 80 dollars for travel and 80 dollars for technical service which is unacceptable. I bought equipment just a few months ago which is less than the warranty.
Amazingly helpful staff. Showed up 10min before closing on a Friday night. Expected them to just take my name and number and tell me they'd look at it Monday. They stayed an hour late and got everything all cleared up that night. :)
