typically responses are slow and for 2 or 3 weeks i was basically ignored left multiple voice mails with different people and left a call back number I was never called back until I had my own boss complain also had missed a few extinguishers during inspection and refused to take the list of locations that I have made
I can't recommend this place to anyone in Fargo. They have no service techs to repair, thier organization is fractured and thier leader is mentally somewhere else never in the office. I would recommend the other companies in the area that can respond and support thier customers. In 20 years I've never seen a service department more fractured.
We had a burglar alarm installed by the security systems division of Summit. The cost estimate was competitive (compared against several other local Fargo companies’ quotes) and the sales team was highly responsive to our specific needs.
