These people can't seem to get their heads out of their asses. We went in for our first visit and scheduled a second visit for a financial aid meeting, the next day, only to be told that we had missed our second visit the week before we had ever been there. THEN, the next visit we were told would be for a specialist exam, and all they did was triage his knee but not request an MRI for the dizziness and fatigue he has been fighting for a month...YEA RIGHT You CARE.
