I've gone here twice, once when it was very crowded and once when we were the only people there. Both times everyone has been very kind, helpful, and cheerful, and this is by far the most efficient place for testing I have been to.

Was told it’s free for tourist and. The day we come to take the test was charged $100 per person. It didn’t end in that, I was told again it was free while I was there telling them it’s not ok to say one thing last week and when I’m here change the mind and “force” me to do it with them (since no where else have availability last minute) and pay, they change their mind again and end up charging me $100 per person for a test Walgreens across the street do it for free. They were very professional, quick, and might I say very helpful. When I had troubles with insurance they took the time out to help me one on one. Thank you guys! This is a place to go if you want to be treated with respect, dignity, and equality.

Came here for international travel. Long line but it moved quickly and staff were nice. I overheard an elderly woman in line who was there for the second time because she never got her results, couldn’t reach Summit by phone, and needed to get to the airport. That worried me but we got our results eight hours after our test. Maybe that lady was just tech illiterate.
