paid $100 for a PCR test for travel. No results back (within the promised amount of time) and supposed to leave in the morning but can't without it. UPDATE:there was a mix up on their end with emails, but they did get my test results back to me early in the morning and just in time.

Rude and would not answer a simple question. “Is this a PCR test?” That’s all I wanted to know. The young lady at the desk kept answering my question with other questions. Greeter: Is it for international travel? This test is not good for international. Me: No. Domestic. Is it a PCR test? Greeter: Is it for a cruise? What do you need the test for? Got tested last week and received my results very fast. Smooth process overall. Something that stuck with me, I did overhear the older male employee say some very inappropriate things in passing. Staff just ignored him and worked around him as if that was a normal thing for him. The ladies were very friendly and professional.
