This was the best lab work ever. In and out with professional people. Highly recommend having your test done here also!!
The two employees at the Germantown WI location are horrible. I went to have a rapid COVID test done and the employee did not want to wear a mask. When I asked her to wear a mask she got upset and started mocking me and rolling her eyes and said "I'm a medical assistant with a whole career" I didnt understand what the point of that comment was. When I asked her to please stop being rude she asked her coworker to swab me or I could go somewhere else!! Just horrible. The other employee said nothing and just watched as she trie... read more

I wasn't feeling well and I was going to see my elderly parents in a few days so I thought I would get a Covid and FLU Test just to make sure I didn't have to cancel my visit. I walked into their offices and they greeted me promptly and got me right in. Their staff was professional and prompt and very efficient. They offer amazing customer service and I got my results that night! Thank you Summit!
