The two employees at the Germantown WI location are horrible. I went to have a rapid COVID test done and the employee did not want to wear a mask. When I asked her to wear a mask she got upset and started mocking me and rolling her eyes and said "I'm a medical assistant with a whole career" I didnt understand what the point of that comment was. I wasn't feeling well and I was going to see my elderly parents in a few days so I thought I would get a Covid and FLU Test just to make sure I didn't have to cancel my visit. I walked into their offices and they greeted me promptly and got me right in. Their staff was professional and prompt and very efficient. They offer amazing customer service and I got my results that night! Thank you Summit!
They tell you the test is free but they want proof of insurance. They charged $370 for a covid test. Scammers!
