Horrible business. We took two suits to be dry cleaned, one of which was a custom-fit grey suit. Both were Joseph Abboud suits. Summit Cleaners ruined both and destroyed the lining of both jackets. When we met and called the store, we talked with manager Dawn Bearden. Dawn was extremely defensive, mean, and unhelpful. She would not refund the cleaning cost, and would not replace or pay to have the suits repaired.
