Horrible service seeking legal representation to go after there operation my experience was horrible much like others on here I have been waiting for 2 months for liners and sleeves due to insurance but insurance has never got a request. 10 months it took for them to figure out how to get the job done on a new leg 3 waisted test sockets one waisted final and now working with another company. The entire staff at Summit City are very friendly and patient. They take great interest in your concerns and always strive to make your experience perfect! Shawn and Reid have been exceptional in their care to design and create the perfect prosthetic fit for me. I would highly recommend this company to any amputee.
