I chose this carpet cleaning service after seeing so many great reviews. I had first considered a larger national company, but after reading some poor feedback, I decided to go with a local team that had much better customer comments. John and Nolan did an amazing job steam cleaning my carpets, along with the tile and grout. They were friendly, easy to talk with, and clearly took pride in their carpet cleaning work. From the start, they explained each step of the process, including the pre-treatment, deep steam cleaning, and how they would handle the grout lines and floor care. first of all, i want to thank geoffrey for the great carpet cleaning job he did. I run a daycare from my home, and the carpets had stains and spills everywhere from milk, juice, snacks, and daily foot traffic. i have used this carpet cleaning service for many years, and i have always had an excellent experience. their work is professional, careful, and consistently high quality. they restored part of a valuable cotton and wool area rug after my puppy chewed a large hole in it, and the repair blended so well i could not tell where the original rug ended and the restored section began. they have also treated areas affected by pet stains on one of our most expensive handmade rugs, cleaned puppy and cat spots thoroughly, trimmed and r... read more
