Had a 1pm appointment didn’t show up until after 3pm and charged more than I was quoted. Terrible service
While we were away, our pets decided to protest by leaving several unwelcome gifts on our living room and dining room carpets. The pet caretakers did their best to clean up the mess and then rolled the carpets up and moved them to the garage where the stains and odor remained for another week. The job was conducted at my mom's residence in Mill Valley. I've been tasked to convey her appreciation for Luis's professional demeanor, work ethic, and more notably, the exceptional job he did in cleaning her carpets. Bravo, Luis! As a retired manager from the Environmental Services industry of 40 years, she's not one to easily impress. However, she couldn't have been happier with Summit Carpet Cleaners' service.
I had an absolutely top-notch carpet cleaning experience with Summit Carpet Cleaners, undoubtedly the best I've had so far. The two gentlemen, Johnathan and Luis, who came over were simply amazing! They were not only knowledgeable about their work but also incredibly quick. I was absolutely astounded at their ability to remove even the most stubborn stains from our carpets. Be it pet stains, food spills, or children’s messes, they managed to get all of them out. I am thoroughly grateful for their service!
Miguel was an incredible individual to work with! He set realistic expectations and then exceeded them! After residing in our Mill Valley home for over a year with two dogs, our carpets now look brand new! The phrase 'Wow' doesn't adequately express the exceptional carpet cleaning service we've received!
