Showed up on time, got the job done fast, and carpets look and smell brand new! Wasn't overly priced like a lot of quotes I received.
I was gifted a beautiful wool rug worth several thousand dollars. I live in an apartment and my neighbor had plumbing issues and her apartment ended up flooding through the wall into my living room three times! My rug took the brunt of the flood and it appeared to be ruined. Ray took the time to "restore" the rug which ended up taking almost a week by the time it dried out.
