This office won’t return my calls to fix mistakes in my medical chart that endanger me. One woman didn’t even take down my name or phone number. It’s been 6 months; endangering my life by avoiding this is not legal.
This is the most disorganized and dangerous doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. Things that have happened: 1. They forgot me and almost closed down the office with me in there. They laughed at me each time I spoke loudly through the door asking if they knew I was still there and needed help. Ann was amazing and made the DEX scan so easy. She was so professional and comforting. Maureen was also very attentive and great to schedule with. As an organization you need to open the schedule and allow patients to schedule at least three months out. And offer more days and appointments.
Maura and Michele were very friendly and professional! Great experience! The second shot of Pfizer was quick and efficient. My wife and I arrived 15 minutes early and we were called in almost immediately. Everyone was very professional and efficient. Great experience! Thank you!
