Summit Cabin Rentals provides poor service. For example, you are required to register your car, but they didn't provide the necessary info until I called and asked for it. Even then, after submitting the required info, they didn't register 2 of our cars. Also, some cabins are well stocked, but other are not. For example, one house had coffee filters and hair dryers while the other house didn't. For this price point, these small details should be taken care of and consistent. We loved the cabin. It was a great location and clean and comfortable. Summit Cabin staff was available when needed and we had no problems. I will recommend them to others and use them again.
Black bear splash is a beautiful spacious cabin, with everything you need for a great vacation!! Highly recommend to stay at. Very peaceful and quiet!!
