The cabin was beautiful and fully stocked, so many things to do on the game room level that you can enjoy a nice lazy day without even going out
Great experience overall! The place was stunning, as was the view! I proposed to my now fiance here and we will be coming back in the future for the memories! I was very disappointed in how unaccommodating they were with a request for flexible checkin for setting up for the proposal, even with months in advance notice and with knowing the occasion, and how unempathetic they were to not even acknowledge the occasion and only stood firm on their checkin time. Other than that, the stay was incredible!
The cabin was awesome with a lot of room. Very well equipped and a beautiful view. Has a pool table and Pac-Man for your enjoyment. Also TV in every room. I absolutely loved my stay there. Close to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.
The cabin is beautiful, very clean and well appointed. The couple issues we had were resolved very quickly. The customer service agents and maintenance team are very nice.
