Just had Harold and his brother come out to clean our dryer vent, they went above and beyond what I expected. They help to get our washer and dryer both inside a very tight space. And then I had them look at our fireplace to see what needed to be done to get it functional. We just moved into this place. Poor service. Technician never showed up in specified service time fame nor called to let me know of non-appearance. I called the company 20 minutes before the time frame expired. They said they would contact the technician and update me. 90 min later I called them back since I never received any update. They told me the technician had an emergency (which happens) and they would have to cancel. Again, a simple phone call\text\email to let me know would be appreciated and professional.
