My husband and I purchased two lots in Glacier View Meadows after the High Park Fire. We called and met with and talked to multiple builders over the years but couldn't get a contractor to commit. Thankfully the stars were aligned the day I found Summit Brothers Construction in 2024. They got our project rolling when we were without hope of ever building up here. If you are looking to build a home or cabin in Red Feather Lakes or the surrounding areas, I highly recommend Mike, Justin, and their team. Not only are they skilled builders and craftsmen, but they are knowledgeable of the unique weather patterns in the area and county permitting process since they actually reside here.
