I was injured in a car accident and went in to this office to consult them to see what was wrong as I was still in incredible pain. Not only was I not seen by any Dr (I was seen by an assistant ) the appointment was less then 10 minutes long and I was told there was nothing they could see wrong with me and sent away. Not sure that one star is even warranted here. Visit was a complete waste of time. Doctor did nothing and added zero value. He then proceeded to send a $500 bill for a ten minute visit with no follow up actions or otherwise.
Dr. Pitts removed a cyst that has been on my thumb for 30 years. I was told by several doctors over 30 years to leave it, the recovery would be difficult. It continued to get larger. My kids even had a name for it. Well Dr. Pitts removed it. You cannot even see any scar. I did not have any physical therapy. It was amazing because of Dr. Pitts skills and expertise.
