I won’t be coming back here. No stars if I could. You’re made to feel like cattle being branded. No pleasantries. Borderline rude. Very cut and dry and the tech had bad breath. Not only that but the seating is terrible. All over the entrance foyer and not enough chairs. I’d rather go to Berkeley Hghts. The man at the reception desk is very personable

I have only had the most positive experiences here getting my blood drawn many times over several years, including recently. Painless and friendly treatment. Darlene is an amazing phlebotomist!

I’ve had some mixed experiences here. Been going for a couple years, and the last person who did my bloodwork was amazing. didn’t feel a thing. However, most of the time i’m not that lucky. The staff in the back is usually not very caring when I say that I have a phobia of getting my bw done (needles in specific), they just kinda dismiss me & say it’s fine it won’t hurt.

Horrible!! I went this morning for blood work and you don't even get a hello. When she draws my blood it was more of a stab and now an hour later I have a large bump on my arm. I try to call to see if this is something I should worry about and when you call it goes directly to a busy signal. If you don't like your job leave it. Don't take it out on innocent people that are just going for a simple blood work.
