Salespeople are friendly and helpful, however the buying process is not great at all due to the company’s incompetence of aligning they inventory with the original bike manufacturer. The prices on their website as also a mess and some of them even more expensive than the official manufacturer website (same size and model). I broke my chain during a ride the other day. When I arrived at Summit, it was near the end of the day and it was unclear if there was going to be time to install a new chain on my bike before closing. Fortunately, one of the technicians, Gavin, made some time to squeeze me in and get my new chain installed while I waited, just before closing. I was impressed by the knowledge of the staff and their willingness to help me out at the very end of the day.
