I left my employer with a 401k that I needed rolled over into a new account and I got the details wrong. The other company wouldn't accept the check that was sent, and Summit stepped up and got the whole mess fixed. Thank you for working hard for someone that wasn't even your client anymore!

In my 25+ years as a Certified Financial Planner, I've seen my fair share of TPAs. None of them is perfect because there's no perfect client, little perfect data and this is, by its very nature, complicated. I've worked with the people at Summit for the better part of my career and I can say that they are the best I have dealt with.
