I had gotten a few quotes for this job and summit gave me the best price by far, sure they didn’t do a smoke show and magic act during the quote like the big box companies but that’s not what I called them for, they were straight to the point, gave good advice, and were easy to work with not to mention the other quoters were almost 2 months out on install! After receiving multiple estimates, we decided to go with Summit for two reasons, and price was not one of them because they were definitely not the cheapest. First, the inspection and estimate process was very smooth, and Jacob was not a high-pressure sales person, nor did he badmouth any competition like some of the other companies, which means a lot to me. We had a great experience with Summit Basement Company. They applied carbon fiber straps to our back wall to prevent any further shifting. The crew was professional and timely. Tevin arrived first and surveyed the area, and talked with me about the process and any potential challenges. Then he, Matt, and David made quick work of the surface prep, application, and cleanup. Founder / salesman seemed very knowledgeable about the task at hand, referring to videos produced by the manufacturer of the waterproofing materials being installed , assuring this exact procedure was to be performed but that’s not at all how my experience with this company was.
