Our salesman Jeff Baer was amazing, very knowledgeable even about our old farmhouse foundation. And the crew that was here, were amazing! Fast, courageous and friendly. I went down to clean up after them….no clean up needed they removed the plastic that was covering our things, they swept and moved a few things so we could move around and took their garbage with them. I can’t say enough good things about Summit Basement Company. I have an old century home with brick pillars which support the porch roof. One of the pillars appeared to be sinking but there were also issues with the decking so it was difficult to be certain if this was a structural issue or an issue with just the decking. Between the sales team, the prep team and the install team. Everything was very professional and well set. Everyone was very skilled at what they do and were very polite and were able to get information when questions were asked. When everything was finished Tyler Hachat from the sales team called and checked in on the how everything worked out.
I’m very happy with the service I received. The Summit Basement Company came out to my property to evaluate a basement wall with a crack and slight bow. They gave me a fair estimate on 5 carbon fiber straps to secure the wall. On the day of the scheduled work they contacted me with an estimated time of arrival, arrived on time and completed the quickly and cleanly. Again, very happy.
I have a PumpSpy dual sump pump system with backup battery. My primary sump pump failed, so I reached out for help. Jeff was sent to assess the issue and provide a quote. He was very personable and took the time to explain everything they would do in detail. He also arranged to have someone on-site the next day. Tevin arrived promptly, got right to work, and handled everything in a timely and professional manner.
