Our salesman Jeff Baer was amazing, very knowledgeable even about our old farmhouse foundation. And the crew that was here, were amazing! Fast, courageous and friendly. I went down to clean up after them….no clean up needed they removed the plastic that was covering our things, they swept and moved a few things so we could move around and took their garbage with them. This company did a fantastic job with our home. We had water coming in from the corner of the basement. Gabe, Ricky, Dan, and Bob completely fixed my basement in a day and were great. The arrived earlier than expected and completed the job by the afternoon. The pricing was also very fair and reasonable. If we have more problems down the line I would definitely use them again. Thank you guys.
Between the sales team, the prep team and the install team. Everything was very professional and well set. Everyone was very skilled at what they do and were very polite and were able to get information when questions were asked. When everything was finished Tyler Hachat from the sales team called and checked in on the how everything worked out.
Jeff from Summit Basement Company did a great job of assessing the job and did a thorough job. Great attention to detail, follow through and excellent customer service! Also, Tevin and his team did a great job and made sure everything was cleaned up. I highly recommend this company and will refer friends and family to them— it’s so refreshing to find a company that builds customer relationship and that go above and beyond—they are true professionals!
The team from Summit Basement was awesome. Dave arrived first and reviewed the project so that he could start and plan the day's work. The rest of the team arrived and Dave, Tevin (supervisor) and I again went over the project, expectations, timelines, etc. They put runners down on the floor from the basement, up the stairs and out the door.
