This is a full body strength building workout. Smaller classes (on average 12 participants), excellent instructors. There's a varied demographic, with younger, older and in between students. The teachers make great suggestions if your form needs adjustment or if you need help with an exercise.

Tried my first reformer class here in Frisco today and had a blast! Heather was a great instructor, she made the class both challenging and fun. Looking forward to the next class!

I was visiting from out of town and took one Reformer class at Summit Barre & Fitness Studio in Frisco, and I felt so welcome from the moment I walked in. Karen was challenging, creative, and incredibly empowering. She pushed us in the best way while still being warm and supportive. I left feeling stronger and so glad I found this studio while traveling. Highly recommend!

I’ve been attending Barre classes here since March of 2025 and I really love being part of this community. The owner Karen deeply cares about wellness through motivation and a variety of class offerings. The instructors are knowledgeable and fun. It’s not just a place to become stronger physically, but a place where people support and care about each other.
