This dealership will lowball you on your trade-in, sell it for double, and then sell you a car full of hidden issues. When you try to bring it up, they get confrontational and dismissive. They don’t properly inspect or fix the vehicles they sell — it’s all about profit, not honesty. They leave the cars as-is, play dumb when problems come up, and hope you’ll just accept it. Warning, do not buy a vehicle from summit auto. I purchased a van with 3,000 miles on it and was told it was in like new condition. When summit delivered the van, it was missing a seat, had extensive hail damage, and had been backed into something and the roof and back up camera were heavily damaged. When I called them to see what happened they told me it was not there problem and I had to deal with it on my own. We are now being forced to file a lawsuit against them.
Came to test drive and potentially buy a car. Upon getting into the car, it was dirty & numerous things were wrong with the vehicle once it turned on. Didn’t even bother test driving it. If you’re looking at car, just know it might not be “show room” ready. Not sure why they’d want a perspective buyer to come in when the car is no where near ready to be sold.
