I’ve lived here for about three months now and have had nothing but a positive experience. The complex is very quiet and clean. The office and maintenance staff is helpful and quick to respond when needed. There are typical issues that you’ll find in any apartment (fire alarms, parking annoyances, communication difficulties), but for the cost of rent, location and atmosphere it’s definitely worth it.
Sound: It’s a quiet place to live and the maintenance men are great. Bad: For the monthly rent, it’s not worth living in foul-smelling hallways, but far and most disrespectful, is the marijuana smells throughout the hallways, elevators, and vents.
Big shout out to the emergency maintenance crew who came in at 3 AM to fix my HVAC unit. They were fast and had everything working in no time. Really appreciate the help during such an inconvenient hour.
