Great complex and area to live in! The leasing office and maintenance team are the best! Nina and Kristeen are always willing to help!
My boyfriend and I lived here for 3 years, and at first it was amazing and then they changed management and it went downhill real fast. First of all my boyfriend got his motorcycle stolen out of the parking garage because the garage gates are always broken, when we went down to talk to them about it they basically said it was the residents fault for running into the garage and basically were making excuses for their lack and false sense of security. My 3rd car is not registered. I never received a move in check list I have not been able to put in maintenance request and I’m not sure who Andrea is but me and my family have had 6 unresolved issues with her and she seems not to care
This a great place to live in Frisco. Close to best entertainment and food within minutes. Also the staff here is really great and always willing to help. I love the ladies who work there front desk and Mirtha is always nice to everyone and keeps the property looking good and smelling fresh!!
