When I wrote my original review, I was frustrated and let that seep into my review. Now that I've had some time to reflect, let me explain in a more calm and collected manner why you do not want to live here. 1) Rule Enforcement. Management here will bleed you to death with enforcement of every last ticky tack rule. This includes towing you from your own, reserved parking spot if you happen to forget your parking sticker. Mind you, management has a description and license plate # of every car that should be in every reserved... read more

The rules here are incredibly rigid and over-enforced. Case in point - if you park in YOUR OWN, RESERVED parking spot, but forget to display your parking sticker, they will tow your car. Most reasonable complexes will wait until there's a complaint or some sort of problem, but these people employ a towing company to aggressively tow, even when there's no problem. Of course, this is partially due to how poorly the complex was designed, such that there isn't nearly enough parking for the tenants. (don't even think about having... read more

The process was fairly easy. Crystal made it very simple and straightforward and I was approved before I knew it. The only reason why I’m giving it two stars it’s because I was towed my first night of living here because I was given the wrong parking sticker. Then they proceeded to give me another sticker that was also for a parking spot that was already taken. I knew the parking situation was bad from the reviews, but never did.
