The parking situation will ruin any positive amenity this apartment complex has to offer. 4 visitor parking spots for 100+ units. It’s truly baffling how they thought this would work out.
I've lived here for 2 years and I will say this. No one cleans up after their dogs. Poop everywhere. Random people would park in your parking stall but the tow company takes 45+mins to get to the apartment complex. I've a neighbor that would play loud music at 3-4am everyday. Power was always going out. Place isn't worth it. Parking was so limited also.
Updated review: late tor he party but crystal was able to refund me for the car tow expenses. The process was fairly easy. Crystal made it very simple and straightforward and I was approved before I knew it. The only reason why I’m giving it two stars it’s because I was towed my first night of living here because I was given the wrong parking sticker. Edit** the pool has always been very mediocre. They do not put any effort into keeping it clean. It’s always cloudy and dirty. The hot tub is STILL broken. Your pool is in the pictures and supposed to be an attractive feature, but I think it’s gross. Just a little chlorine. Maybe a working filtration system. Do better** Moved in in Jan ‘24.
