We like it here. Beautiful grounds and usually can find parking right outside our apt. Leasing office 11/10. Powerful cohesive team there. Neighbors nice and lots of precious doggos around. Update: 2025 Still the best, maybe even better. Best apt community in Broomfield.
It's a nice enough place to live. Soundproof apartments, awesome gym, nice pool area. However they are very slow to deal with maintenance around the complex. One of the dog parks has been flooding for months due to a leaky dog fountain and nothing has been done to fix it. I've also had a faulty fob and haven't been able to get them to give me one that works... after 6 months of asking. So basically the building is nice enough but don't expect much from the staff or maintenance. Additional: maintenance has basically given up.... read more
I have a good experience at my apartment complex. Maintenance service is good if needed. The office personnel always accommodate my needs.
We’ve been living at The Summit at Flatirons for almost two years now, and we feel very fortunate to have made this our home, for the time being. The staff have been consistently friendly and helpful. In particular, Haley has always gone out of her way to assist my partner and me with any questions or needs we’ve had, and her warm demeanor is truly appreciated.
