No apartment is perfect, but for first time renters and college students you'd be hard pressed to find better!
Nice place but I have complained multiple times about the people who live above me and it says in the moving in paperwork that they will talk to them and then start charging them. They have clearly not done this otherwise they would have over 4,000 dollars they owe. They stomp and bang stuff around so loud starting at 9pm until 2am. Plus the trash that is supposed to be picked up from Sunday-Thursday isn't picked up like it's supposed to. I will have trash sitting there for almost a week before they get it. They fine you $250 for having your window open, even if you’re in the room. Not sure how the pipes are gonna burst like that. If it’s warm then they’re worried the AC is gonna combust.
