Ralph with Summit Appraisal is extremely knowledgable and experienced in his field. He has been a great asset to the real estate community and has always managed to quickly get us on the schedule for house measurements, pre-listing appraisals, etc. Would highly recommend Ralph.
If there was such a thing as a negative star I'd use it. Ralph Squillance charged an additional $125 to have my appraisal done by June 10th, he kept my money and delivered my Appraisal on June 23rd. His cavalier attitude was disappointing about as disappointing as his appraisal. Find service elsewhere, don't look here. Never again.
