I cannot express how angry and upset I am with this place. I called at 9am when they first opened on a Saturday morning explaining my concern over my cat which had transpired on Friday in the middle of the night. yes i go there have ben for years . they just took care of my french bulldog puppys 9 of them.
I am so upset about my "Abby". The groomer(Roger) had her all day. He called and said he couldn't finich her.Most cats don't like being groomed. Abby is shaved only on her back with open wounds on her sides, bleeding! the rest is a mess. How could anyone in their right mind send a cat home like this. He should not be a groomer if he can't handle it. I am never going back there and I would advice others not to. The desk staff were also very rude- horrible situation.
My friend's grandmother was unable to drive so I dropped off her cat here for a grooming. Over eight hours later, we finally receive a call saying that they only shaved half of her....she's a long haired Maine Coon and now looks like she got stuck underneath a truck and had the fur ripped off her back. Groomer said he ran out of time. He had eight hours. Didn't even bother to explain why the cat looked like a mess when I picked her up. DO NOT COME HERE!!! my new puppy had kennel cough so they treated him and knew I had a dog at home and refused to treat her until I brought her in...my husband called around and every vet he called said they would have treated other dog at home as well SAME TIME!!! Not to mention the woman there are rude the manager and the short blonde haired troll and argue with you! Smh I'll be happy to drive a lil further and get better friendly service and have a clinic that looks out for your animals not just ur money
