This was a very responsive and honest experience. Called and had an appointment quickly. When the technician was running behind on another job, the office called to alert me and offered to reschedule if necessary. The technician was professional and efficient.
Omar did a great job. He did a very thorough job fixing our issue while taking the time to educate us on the issue.
Daniel, other than being a consistent meticulous technician, he always presents himself as a polite individual with genuine respectful manners. I believe he can be completely trusted.
Summit continues to be exceptionally dependable. Today, Ed from Summit completed scheduled maintenance on our HVAC systems. Very punctual and thoroughly checked/tested our systems. Very professional and took time to answer all my questions. Highly professional and will request him again in the future.
