I WAS a loyal customer of Summit for six years — but after my most recent service call, that loyalty is gone. When my A/C stopped working in the middle of the night, I panicked and didn’t think to check the filter first. I scheduled a standard service call (to avoid the after-hours fee) and waited four days. I called on Thursday and they were booked until Tuesday. They sent workers to my house. They were kind, knowledgeable and went the extra mile. If you need help with your AC you should give your business to these guys. They are deserving of it. Special thanks to Matt, and Mike. :) I don't do reviews UNLESS I think a company is deserving of the praise. Sadly, this doesn't happen often enough and that is exactly why I wrote this message. THIS COMPANY treats their customers great -- and NOT just like a ticket to punch.

Came across one their trucks on the road going north on congress about 1045 through lake worth this morning. The driver was rude cutting people off and turning his high beams off and on. Would never use this company if their that brazen to be rude on the road with their company truck
Really pleased with this company. Dan came out and fixed our ac, explained everything and was very professional.
