I engaged Summit air conditioning 6 months ago for a large job. Allan, the owner, insisted on full payment which I mistakenly did. Since this many emails, and phone calls have simply gone unanswered and the job not done. This honestly feels like a scam and I am left uncertain what to do. Be warned! Highly unreliable service and possibly even a scam.
Disappointing experience. Made zero attempt to communicate and then ghosted us when followed up.
Recently had repairs done to my Old Pioneer Ducted Air Conditioner. A new PC board was sourced and installed. Alan checked out the ducting in the roof on a very hot day, made sure everything else was in good order. Air conditioner works like it should. Very reasonably priced repairs. Would be happy to recommend them to anybody who needs work done on their air conditioner. Up front and honest people. Many thanks again. Les.
