Many thanks to Alan and his team for doing a job for us promptly and affordably. Communication was excellent and Team was very friendly and helpful.
Straight forward wall split install on a new extension has turned into a 12 month drama with ongoing failure to return phone calls, not attending appointments that were booked online & all round inability to get in contact. Required us to go elsewhere to diagnose the issue, and can't be contacted to discuss rectifying the situation. Summit was unprofessional and we absolutely cannot recommend.
Alan and his team cleaned and serviced our 17 year old split system. We cannot believe the difference it has made (and the gunk that came out of it)! The air con is so cold now we have to turn it off! Can't speak highly enough of their professional, timely and well priced services. Thanks very much guys.
Alan came to the house, gave us a quote, said he ordered the parts then ghosted us.
