Disappointing experience. Made zero attempt to communicate and then ghosted us when followed up.
Recently had repairs done to my Old Pioneer Ducted Air Conditioner. A new PC board was sourced and installed. Alan checked out the ducting in the roof on a very hot day, made sure everything else was in good order. Air conditioner works like it should. Very reasonably priced repairs. Would be happy to recommend them to anybody who needs work done on their air conditioner. Up front and honest people. Many thanks again. Les.
Many thanks to Alan and his team for doing a job for us promptly and affordably. Communication was excellent and Team was very friendly and helpful.
Straight forward wall split install on a new extension has turned into a 12 month drama with ongoing failure to return phone calls, not attending appointments that were booked online & all round inability to get in contact. Required us to go elsewhere to diagnose the issue, and can't be contacted to discuss rectifying the situation. Summit was unprofessional and we absolutely cannot recommend.
