We had recently purchased an truck camper from a private party. Unfortunately, the seller could provide zero information about the workings of the equipment. I spoke with Melissa & Russ and they agreed to do a complete systems check (make sure everything is working) and then Russ walked us thru the actual operation of the furnace, water heater, awning deployment, etc. I would give Russ & Melissa a high five - and a strong recommendation.
