I was so blessed by my time with Dr. Miller. He helped me understand that the things I was dealing with were part of being human. That there was nothing “wrong” with me. That I could with the tools I learned from him and right understanding of what I was thinking/feeling go on to do what was important to me and not be held back.
I can’t recommend this class enough! I have a one and four year old and learned many parenting techniques that can be tailored to each age. Doug is a kind and encouraging teacher.
He was really great! Made my daughter very comfortable.
Good time with the leadership training, good work in getting the team engaged.
