Amazing. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed. SumMerz spa has a relaxing and very clean atmosphere. Merzeena made me feel comfortable as she gave me a detailed description of the treatment and scalp analysis. The treatment itself was out of this world. Decided to treat myself to this cute little head spa which was 3min from my house! I was the only one there, so it was nice to have that 1:1 interaction with Merzceena. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave, you are greeted with impeccable hospitality. Merzceena makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. She explains everything from the service, to the products and pampers you. This was my first time here and it exceeded every expectation. Merzeena made me feel comfortable right away and created such a peaceful, one-on-one experience. The head, scalp, and neck massage was deeply relaxing, and the little details — like the oils, hot stone, and even a foot pressure point massage — made it extra special. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and very calming. I left feeling completely relaxed. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.
