I truly appreciate how kind, patient, and knowledgeable she is. The vibes are peaceful, the service is next level, and you walk out feeling better inside and out. Marzena was fabulous! She was very attentive, so kind and knowledgeable and she explained everything in detail as we went along the process. I didn't quite know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised with the one-on-one private session. My treatment included a scalp analysis, head massage, (even a foot massage for the head pressure points), shampoo, deep steam conditioner, infrared light and scalp needling stimulation. I had such a great time at this head spa. Merzeena was amazing, so gentle, professional, and really attentive to what I needed. The scalp massage was super relaxing, and my hair and skin felt so clean and refreshed afterward. The whole experience was calming from start to finish. I left feeling like a new person. Amazing experience from start to finish! Merzeena was so kind and welcoming, she made me feel so comfortable. She is also very knowledgeable, explains every single step with great detail and even recommended me products and supplements to take to help with hair shedding. The head spa was so relaxing and is something I definitely want to do again. 10/10!
