Quite neighborhood tucked away in South Hill Puyallup. 334 newly built single family homes. Currently looks a little cookie cutter, but when the front yard trees mature it will look amazing. Private Park that is home owner HOA is the perfect size for this community. A major plus are the large protected Green Belt Areas set aside for wildlife only. We purchased new 4 years ago.
