Shady business is being done with this mobile home. They had tenants signs a lease without knowing the full context of the lease. Tenants are being told they cannot take a trailer that they rightfully own, even if the tenant has the title to the trailer. They make it almost possible for tenant's to leave with their trailers which results in them selling their trailers to the owners. June = rent is raising again by another 100 (excluding addons). This is absolutely asinine considering nothings actually been added yet? Are yall trying to force out retirees and vets or yall just dont understand the market? No releif for long time residents or fixed rates for people who have been here 10+ years? I lived there from 1975 till 1984. many friends were made and left there sad to say
Clean and quiet. Nice to visit but maybe not to live since there are many restrictions.
