New management has their act together. They're fixing the park and making it a livable, safe space again. Minus one ☆ for the frequent noise issues (literally at all hours) and the big bumps in rent and utilities , but even with that, this place got *so* much better this past year. Thank you so much for taking care of the park! Proper management makes the drastic rent increase somewhat worth it, but the market rate of both monthly rates here and buying a plot of land are equivalent after a down payment.
