Shady business is being done with this mobile home. They had tenants signs a lease without knowing the full context of the lease. Tenants are being told they cannot take a trailer that they rightfully own, even if the tenant has the title to the trailer. They make it almost possible for tenant's to leave with their trailers which results in them selling their trailers to the owners. June = rent is raising again by another 100 (excluding addons). This is absolutely asinine considering nothings actually been added yet? Are yall trying to force out retirees and vets or yall just dont understand the market? No releif for long time residents or fixed rates for people who have been here 10+ years? Not a good look. I know it's because of the 100,000 dollars spent to fix previous management's blatant neglect, but rent at 450 + utilities and fees bringing it up to approx 500/month x 200 (which is lowballing the population here), just that's an annual income of 1 million.
