I’ve had such a great experience at Summer Terrence’s Townhomes! The place is always very clean, the staff is amazing, and the maintenance team is outstanding — they’re always quick to help and so professional. I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend living here!
My family and I have lived here for almost a year already and we love our townhouse! Very quiet and nice neighborhood. The maintenance is always quick to resolve any issue we have had and the main office lady is always so sweet and nice! My family loves the pool it’s always so clean and good taken care of!
Lived here for years. Good homes at a decent price. Neighbor's are relatively quiet and the pool is a nice bonus. However I would recommend caution the stairs were shag carpeted and a bit narrow. User error mostly but I did break my spine due to it. Still the main office was always polite and happy to help out.
Moved in since 2021 lived here since very quiet neighborhood, pool is maintained and cleaned, maintenance is always quick & efficient, property manager is very friendly & professional. I love having my privacy with it being a townhome you don’t hear neighbors or people walking above you.
