I came into tour for one bedroom, one bath I loved the property. I loved the community very clean and kept up with. I worked with emalee and she was amazing. I really loved the stainless steal appliances and the amenities as well .
Recently took a tour of this property and was very impressed with how clean and peaceful it was. It looks just like the photos. The leasing staff was very nice and helpful. The apartments are very nice and spacious. Definitely would not mind living here.
I just moved away from here. Save your money! Firstly, this is the only apartment complex I've seen in Pearland that doesn't have office hours on Saturdays which is a real inconvenience to its tenants. So if you are a working class citizen with a normal 9-5 that's looking for an apartment, unless you take off work, you won't make it to Summerwind in time cause the office closes at 6, and with Houston's traffic, good luck! The staff was amazing and property is amazing. I was excited to move here to downsize from a big 4 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment since it’s just me. After being denied, I can only question some things with no real answer. Good credit (Never late on anything) Multiple Incomes (Guaranteed $4k monthly VA Check included) and never been in any trouble Nothing against these apartments because they are beautiful, but I’m just stunned.
