I’ve got a 25kw pool heater and after 5 years got a f9 fan fault. Rang summer wave and Ben talked me through simple troubleshooting and sent a fan controller cct board replacement. Now I’m back in action. Pleasant experiences like this a rarity for me and i appreciate them. Dave
